Your data is stored in two locations:

• Local Device: All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted Core Data
• Server Sync: Data is synchronized to our secure server for backup and multi-device access

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data.

4. HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to maintaining HIPAA compliance. All patient health information is protected according to federal regulations and is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or patient data with third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account:

• All your personal information will be permanently removed from our servers
• All patient data and scan results associated with your account will be deleted
• Local data on your device will be cleared
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
